Basalt High School Library

BHS Library Mission Statement:

The mission of the Basalt High School library is to partner with students, faculty, families, and community to achieve the goals of the Roaring Fork School District by: collaboratively teaching 21st-century skills, promoting students' engagement with literature, ideas and information, and building lifelong learners who will contribute productively to our democratic society.

Library Hours, Check Out, and Staff:

The library is open 7:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 7:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Book check out is for three weeks. Three items can be checked out at a time. Books can be renewed twice unless they are on hold for another student. Students who have overdue materials lose their check-out privileges until they return or pay for the outstanding book(s).

Search Bartleby, the Google Books Free Catalog and Project Gutenberg for the book you want. The Basalt Regional Library offers downloadable books, audio books and videos.
